RETURNS POLICY

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately by emailing us at  info@phoenixhairsociety.com.au or phone (03) 5200 9339 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer Refunds for change of mind. We will however provide a refund upon inspection for items deemed faulty or have a manufacturing fault within 7 working days.

How to Return:

1. Email info@phoenixhairsociety.com.au and request an Online Returns Form. Please quote your online order #.

2. Print & fill out form and enclose with returned item/s. 

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

4. Please email us a copy of your returned items tracking number #, to confirm you have lodged you Return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We are not liable for any lost or damaged parcels once it is in transit with AusPost. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
